It is my intention to get your reading to you within 3 business days. If this is not possible, I will contact you within that time to reschedule or to refer you to another reader.
No refunds. The cards are not predictive tools for me: they are tools to help understand what's going on in the now, and what might happen if you continue exactly on the course you're already on. Humans have free will, and the future is changeable.
If I cannot do the reading, either by ethics or by workload, I will let you know within 3 business days. If you have paid for your reading, I will give you a full refund in that time. Please, no questions about medical, legal, or gambling matters.
